During the photoshoot
I guide your shoulders, hands, gaze and position in relation to the light. We try different expressions and angles, from a warm smile to a more composed look, keeping the small size of a profile image in mind.
Selection and retouching
Selected photographs receive careful retouching that preserves your features and expression. The selection process, number of finished photographs, usage rights and delivery schedule are agreed before the session.
How to prepare for your LinkedIn photoshoot
Choose clothing that feels comfortable and fits your professional field. Plain fabrics and understated accessories help keep the focus on your face. Bring a second jacket or top if you need a different look for another use. There is no need to rehearse a pose: we work together to find an expression that feels right.
A headshot made for your profile and beyond
LinkedIn displays your photograph in a circle, often at a small size. I allow space around the face and use a clear background and considered light to keep the portrait readable. Exports are prepared for the uses we agree: LinkedIn, a CV, a professional biography or your business website.
LinkedIn accepts JPG or PNG profile photographs up to 8 MB and recommends at least 400 × 400 pixels. A square export can accompany the files prepared for your other channels.

The session is guided and we take it step by step. You do not need posing experience; simple adjustments help us find a comfortable posture and expression.
Can I use the same photograph for LinkedIn and my CV?
Yes, with the appropriate framing and agreed usage rights. Tell me which channels you need at the outset so I can prepare suitable files.
Should I choose a plain background or my workplace?
A plain background draws attention to your face, while your working environment adds context. We choose according to your activity, professional image and the clarity needed in a small profile picture.
How many retouched photographs will I receive, and when?
The number of finished portraits and delivery schedule are agreed before the shoot. Please mention any specific deadline when you enquire.
