COFFEE SHOPS & ROASTERS, MONTPELLIER & HÉRAULT

Café photographer
in Montpellier

A café’s story begins before the first sip. I photograph and film coffee shops and roasters in Montpellier and the Hérault: the place, the products and the people.

Let’s talk about your project ↗

What makes your café distinctive

The light across the counter, a cup set on wood, the precision of an extraction: these details are part of your coffee shop’s experience. I connect them with portraits and the atmosphere of the place to tell the story of your identity.

To tell your café’s story, explore the barista’s gestures and espresso, your coffee shop’s visual identity and planning a session at the counter.

For a coffee roaster, the series can also show beans, machinery, production gestures and finished products. The aim is to build imagery that reflects your activity and communication channels.

Gestures, products, a team

The reportage can combine drink preparation, barista portraits, café life and product photography. Video can show a gesture, an extraction or a stage of roasting in a format suited to your social media.

Discover the world of Corbeau Coffee among my examples of photography and video content for social media. For your session, we choose the scenes that tell your own café’s story.

A shoot planned with you

Before the session, we agree on the priority images, the people to photograph, the spaces available and your communication channels. This preparation helps us choose a time that fits the life of your establishment.

The quotation sets out the scope of the shoot, deliverables, schedule and permitted uses. Website, social media, print or advertising campaigns: tell me how you plan to use the images so we can define the rights your project needs.

An image library that feels like you

The photographs can support your website, Google Business Profile, social media or product presentations. We plan useful framing so you do not discover at publication time that an image does not fit the channel.

Let’s plan your shoot

Can you photograph the coffee shop while it is open?

The programme depends on the images required and how busy you are. We agree on the scenes to prepare before opening and those best photographed while the café is alive, with your agreement and appropriate arrangements.

Do you also photograph coffee roasting?

Yes. Beans, machinery and technical gestures can complement the café images. We organise the session around the production stages you want to show.

Can products and portraits be included in the same session?

Yes, within the scope we agree together. Preparation helps divide the time between drinks, products, atmosphere and people, and plan the accessories or spaces needed.

How are the budget and deliverables defined?

They depend on the scenes, preparation, shooting time and intended uses. Photographs, any videos, formats and distribution conditions are specified in the quotation.

Do you work outside Montpellier?

I travel across the Hérault. Tell me where your café or roastery is located during our first conversation so we can include travel and session arrangements in the project.
