SÉBASTIEN PRENZA, PHOTOGRAPHER & FILMMAKER

Fine patisserie

Let’s talk about your project ↗

In patisserie, everything is about precision and emotion.

Texture guides the preparation: discover how to photograph fruit tarts, reveal the layers of pastries and build a coherent collection of creations.

A photograph can convey the delicacy of a glaze, the lightness of a mousse or the generosity of a signature creation.

My role: capture your creations with an artistic eye and turn them into images that whet the appetite and strengthen your house’s premium identity.

Every pastry is a work of art: I photograph and film it with the same care you put into making it.

My style focuses on:

Services available:

In a world where the eye always comes before the first taste, your images play a decisive role in creating desire and recognition.

Professional photographs and videos help you win over your customers, strengthen your digital presence and showcase the refinement of your craft.

Several establishments already trust me to showcase their creations.

Ready to give your customers a taste of your creations through refined, appetising images?

A few questions?

My cakes already sell well in the shop. Why invest in photographs?

Because your customers often decide to buy before they even walk through the door. An appetising photograph shared on Instagram or Google can prompt an immediate visit. Your images extend the experience beyond the display window.

Don’t all patisserie photographs end up looking alike?

No, because every pastry chef has a style, a craft and signature creations. My role is to capture your unique identity: textures, colours, styling and atmosphere. Your photographs can then truly reflect your world.

How long does a shoot in my shop take?

Half a day to a full day is usually enough to photograph your creations, the atmosphere of your shop and a few team portraits. Everything is planned beforehand to avoid disrupting sales.

Could the photographs make my products look too good to be true?

Quite the opposite. The idea is to show your cakes at their best, just as they are, with their authenticity intact. Customers appreciate finding in the shop what they discovered in photographs.

Is it really a worthwhile investment?

Yes: a single session gives you an image library for your social media, website, flyers and even packaging. Beautiful imagery encourages spontaneous purchases and builds customer loyalty through a distinctive, appetising identity.

03 / PATISSERIE, GRAINE DE VANILLE

A closer look at indulgence

From fruit to cream, down to the last drizzle of chocolate. Three ways to tell a delicious story.

01 / GRAINE DE VANILLE, THE FRUIT

Fruit. Without restraint

Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and generous cream. An image so fresh you can almost taste it, inviting you to share that first slice.

Indulgence, in full.

02 / GRAINE DE VANILLE, THE SOFTNESS

A little sweetness

The texture of the cream, the pattern of the piping, the detail of the pecans. Getting closer to show what makes you want a taste.

Details have flavour.

03 / GRAINE DE VANILLE, THE CHOCOLATE

Just a little more

Chocolate pouring, hazelnuts and hands gathered around the cake. Capturing the moment when all you can think about is a bite.

There is always room.
