SELECTED WORK, BAKERY & CAFÉ
Claudette
Bread crust, pastry layers and flowing coffee. At Claudette, the reportage moves from the counter to tempting details, alongside studio photographs.

The flavour of a break at Claudette
The series opens with bread: its crust, its cut and its open crumb. Croissants, pastries and cookies then bring their textures and colours, with close framing that gives each product its place.
This selection connects the products with life at the counter. Plan images of the café and barista or compare studio and on-location photography for your next series.
The view opens out onto the place: the façade, the counter and lunch preparations. Beans poured into the grinder and espresso flowing from the machine also tell the story of coffee, its gestures and its place in the bakery’s life.
On-location views converse with studio compositions on dark backgrounds. Together, they show the products as well as the experience of the place, creating coherent communication for the website and social media.
