A place is also discovered through what happens there

A table, a drink shared facing the sea, light and decorative details: these scenes offer different ways into Cocobaïa’s world. The series connects them to convey an atmosphere beyond a single view of the place.

My eye moves from the whole to details, then to people. Table photographs and shared moments respond to one another. The Mediterranean remains a visual thread connecting the beach experience with the restaurant.

Telling an atmosphere through different distances

Views of the place establish the scene. Closer framing draws attention to a table or detail. The people photographed bring a presence and suggest how the place is experienced. The reportage finds its rhythm in this combination.

Rather than isolated images, I look for a series in which each photograph adds something different. Colours and light echo one another, carrying the eye from one image to the next.

Images to introduce your establishment

A selection can introduce a whole place; a single photograph can support a more specific message. Scenes, framing and formats are planned around the channels and uses agreed for the project.
