Appetite begins with the first image

A pastry tells its story through its layers as much as its silhouette. A tart reveals itself in the shine of its fruit, then in the cut and textures inside.

Whole products and details converse in the selection. To build your series, explore photographs of pastry layers and coherence in a patisserie gallery.

For this selection, I chose restrained framing and images that make textures readable. Close-up photographs converse with views of whole creations: a series that presents a collection while giving each product its own place.
