From plating to the table

The series draws close to the work in the kitchen: a sauce poured at the last moment, hands finishing a dish, the precision of plating. These details reveal the care given to what will be served.

Gesture and face complement each other in this series. For your restaurant, you can plan a reportage on kitchen gestures and a chef’s portrait in their environment.
